General Information

• On-site registrations will be available during CAFE.

• Registration: Required for all participants (both presenters and attendees). At least one Full Registered author is necessary for each accepted paper to be presented and included in the IEEE CAFE 2025 Proceedings.

• IEEE Members: Reference your IEEE Member Number in the Regristratin Form.

• Students: You may be required to provide proof your student status from your academic institution.

Important Deadlines

• Early bird registration deadline is August 11th (GMT -3), 2025

• After August 11th, the full registration fee applies.

Conference Participation

• Full Registration: At least one full (non-student) registration per accepted paper is mandatory for the paper to be presented and included in the IEEE CAFE 2025 Proceedings. Papers without full registration by one of the authors will be excluded from the conference program.

• Accompanying people can join the social dinner for an additional fee.
